Trying to File a Second Return

I have the CD/Download software and filed my federal and state returns. Now, I need to do the same for my wife but have no clue how to do it after searching for hours! I even made a second account for her, to no avail. Of course, since Intuit/TurboTax is CONstantly upselling, it wants me to buy another product for her, but I'm supposed to get five federal returns with what I have. How??!!!!??

I also had many problems last year, with a different version from them and am VERY unhappy with TurboTax so far. Unbelievable. Probably the worst company I have ever ever dealt with. It seems that money is much more important to them than customer service/satisfaction.

I agree. I have used TurboTax for years, but it is just getting worse and worse. Now they upsell at every turn. This will be my last year pouring money down that drain. 

To answer your question, on the downloaded version, in the very top there is a menu that includes: File - Edit - View - Tools - Online - Help. If you click on FILE, there is an option for "New Tax Return." Will that do it?
