Is there a away to get beyond the "oops" page when I click on "don't want to upgrade"?

can't start tax return, it won't go past he "oops we an't find that page"

Try this and it should allow you past the page:

Close completely out of the browser then go back in.

Also, clear the cache/cookies in your browser as well. See below links for assistance on how to do this:
