When I try to import my investment info from Truist, I get a message that the import was unsuccessful. Anyone know how to get this to work? I REALLY don't want to enter all the info by hand. This is why I buy Turbo Tax.

Be sure that you are not logged into Truist when you download from TurboTax.
Not logged in? Like in an app? Or browser? I have the app on my phone but I am not logged in at the time.
