Trouble with ID.me discount

I received an email from ID.me that stated I could get a 20% discount as a First Responder. I clicked the link and filed my taxes. However, the discount was not honored. I can't find how to get in contact with an actual person. And it seems like others are having the same issue with this same discount. 

Has anyone actually gotten the discount to work? If so, how did you go about it?
