Transmittion does not working

Almost finished 2018 amend filing when I click transmit my returns now, keep error,

today's date 02/28/2020

Date entered must be on or before 12/01/2019

so I put 11/30/2019 error again, what should I do. I want to finish refunds

An amended return cannot be e-filed. It has to be printed and mailed.
