Transmit file fail

I am trying to efile my tax and it indicated that file transmit fail ,

It said rifle is having difficulty to recognize the data 

please help

Do you have a large number of stock or cryptocurrency transactions? If so, please see:  How do I file my return when I see the Transmission Trouble or Trouble Printing screens?

You can also try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

I can’t transmit my returns I updated turbo tax and tried to send it twice  it says the intuit filing system is having difficulty recognizing data thank you

My transmit failed today April 14th and it also failed back in March for my parents.  Very frustrating.

First, delete your cookies.  Here is how to do that.

Second, clear your cache.  Here is how to do that.

Third, restart your computer.

Now, retransmit the return.
