I had a return that needed to be corrected and when I try to submit the return again it is shutting the software down completely. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it but nothing seems to be fixing the issue.

I tried to do this and said the software was up to date when I transmitted the return the first time it went perfectly but nothing seems to fix it now.
Can you clarify the reason that the tax return initially needed to be corrected?
It was for the 1095-A and verifying that there was no marketplace insurance a box was not checked. I corrected that however this started right after that was fixed.
