Whenever I go to file it says transmission didn't go through and efile for tax year 2022 is unavailable. I've tried clearing cookies and using a different browser. It won't let me clear and start over because it says I already paid for turbotax products. How can I fix this?

First the IRS will not start processing returns until the 23rd so you have time. Then next this is a Sunday when TT servers undergo updating so they are offline from time to time so I suggest you try again later or better yet tomorrow.
I keep getting an error message that my transmission didnt go through due to 2022 tax transmissions not being available? I have cleared cookies, signed out and back in, updated my computer..it won't let me clear and start over because I have already paid. I contacted customer support and she literally didn't know what to tell me??
I contacted live support the lady told me to just file federal and I could file state at a later time. I guess all of my state forms weren't ready even though turbotax sent me an email saying they were. Once I chose the option to file state later my federal was able to go through.
