transferring last years return/amended or original??

I did an amended return last year, (both the original and amended are in Turbo Tax Home/Business,

Do I transfer the amended or the original one into this year to start??

You should transfer the amended return since that has the correct tax information on it.

however, the AGI you need to enter for last year in order to e-file this year is the amount on the original filing. maybe Turbotax did this.
