Transfer 2020 return to 2021 Turbo Tax Results in W-2 Error - Can't Enter a W-2

When I transfer my 2020 tax return using the Turbo Tax one (.tax2020) everything seems to transfer but when I get to the place to enter my W-2 it says error, (we hit a snag, go back to where you were previously working to be sure you entered correct information). I can't get past that.

If I transfer using pdf version of 2020 return I am able to enter my W-2. However, all of my depreciation info, etc. is not transferred which is why I want to use this program.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
