Im filing a complaint against Intuit..turbotax...TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC
[number removed].     they stole my refund... I was supposed to get a refund of 2490.00 ... I received a letter from the Irs stating that 601.90 was being held due to a past tax bill... and I would receive a refund for 1,888.10... I only recieved half of that total,,,, I will never file again with intuit,,, they are a rip off and is stealing money from hard working americans.... Please contact me asp and explain why intuit took half my refund..

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
