It is the state withholding you claimed on your Schedule A as well as property taxes paid.
You can look at your 2023 federal Schedule A lines 5d, but that will be the total for both states You'll have to dig to determine which state tax was for which state.
Note, if you were subject to the SALT limit (look at lines 5d and 5e), if line 5d is more than 10,000, and the state refunds are less than the difference, you needed report the refunds.
Example, state taxes paid on Schedule A line 5d is 15,000 and that was limited to the SALT limit of 10,000 on line 5e, if the refunds total 5,000 or less, you needn't report them.
Otherwise, you'll need to look at the withholding on your income forms (W-2, 1099) and your property tax statements, as well as any state estimated payments you made.
