I live with my parents. I was unemployed all of 2020 but had a small income from selling stocks on E-Trade. They do not claim me a dependent. Do I include their income in my household income here?
Do I include the sale of stocks profit here?

No, your household, for tax purposes, consists of you and the dependents you are claiming. In other words, the people who are listed on your tax return, even though your real-world household includes your parents.
You will only include your income regardless of its source.
No, you do not report your parent's income as part of your household income. Your income will be based on the long-term / short-term gains and losses of the stocks you sold. You should have received or be able to retrieve a history or summary of those 2021 sales from the E-Trade site - typically on your account's documents or tax forms page.
