total capital losses appears to be short

I'm a first-time user of TurboTax Online. It imported info on  our 1099-B and 1099-Div from our financial institute.  After reviewing every entry, I had to enter one sale that it apparently missed. No problem there. Now it's showing me a capital loss number that is $410 less than I'm seeing in my forms.  I've done all kinds of mathematical gymnastics to try to get to the number it shows, but no luck.  The Live Tax Advice says it won't deal with sale of stock.  Is there another option for Q&A?
