To avoid an underpayment penalty on my 2018 taxes, do I use the amount on 1040 Line 47 or Line 63?

I had energy credits in 2017 that greatly reduced the tax from Line 47 to "total tax" on Line 63. Which figure should I use to ensure that I pre-pay at least 100% of my 2017 tax?

Line 63, Total Tax, that's the amount you need to pay in to avoid a penalty.
