Yes. If by "1099" you are referring to a 1099-MISC with dollar amounts in Box 7 then you might have to move up to TurboTax Self-Employed if you intend to do your income tax return online and you have expenses associated with that 1099-MISC income that you want to deduct. In the online world only TTSelf-Employed supports the full Schedule C reporting.
Any version of the desktop products - Deluxe is the usual recommendation - will handle your situation.
