Form 982 is not a form provided in the TT program. TurboTax can't really handle bankruptcy, because no two are EVER the same. But you can get the 982 at <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f982.pdf">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f982.pdf</a> to fill out and mail in with your tax return to the IRS.
The TurboTax program can not handle a bankruptcy. It's very limited in what it can handle, when it comes to forgiveness of debt. But for a full blown bankruptcy, you need to seek the services of a licensed tax pro in your local jurisdiction where the bankruptcy was discharged.
