When I try to add a new 1099-R, the system churns for minutes, then logs me off. What can fix this?

may be an issue with your browser. Try logging out, quitting the browser
and restarting it. If that doesn't work, try clearing the browser
cache. You can also try using a different device like your iPad or mobile
phone.
