My spouse and child data is not transferring from previous year

Why didn't last year's tax return transfer over in TurboTax Online?

same log-in because i can see my previous 8 years of returns in the timeline.

it says all data has successfully transferred but then it is not there when you actually start the retrun

Try to clear everything & start again.

yep doing it for the 3rd time now.  when it first shows the data transferring it shows spouses name and kids but when you actually get into the prompts and progress through personal info they are not there.

This is most likely a browser issue.
Log out of TurboTax and Delete any Intuit-related cookies and empty the browser's Internet cache.  Then close the browser, and reopen it.  Try again, but on the sign-in page, be sure there is no check mark for "remember me" until you get this resolved.  

If still no luck, then do the above steps again, and if your browser has private browsing/incognito mode, try using a private window to access the TT site.

If still having problems, you can try a different browser if you have one available.

didnt work.  had to download 2015 .tax file and upload it back into turbo tax.

Weird ... but that was going to be my next instruction if the browser didn't work.
