NY Return rejected "R1122 - Primary filer must provide Driver License/State ID information" but no option to enter state ID info and resubmit in TurboTax Delux PC.

Federal return accepted already. Software never asked to enter State ID information. I must e-file; that means NO MAILING!

this happened to me and i just figured it out.

1-go into forms mode

2- select info wks from the left side colomn

3- scroll down to the bottom and there you can select if its a DL or state ID and enter the info, it will then transfer over to your NY forms.

Thanks. I tried that already, but the box was not editable. I had to call customer support who ended unlocking the DL Doc ID box.
