Form 8936 why it isvnot available

This delay was caused due to the law being extended by Congress two weeks ago.  The IRS released the paper form on 02/23/2018.  However, it can take the IRS up to 2 weeks before making the form available electronically.

As of now, TurboTax plans on having Form 8936 available online by 03/08/2018.
