<P>I am unable to submit my return no matter what amount I enter, the system keeps rejecting my answers and it keeps circling back to the form. How can I fix this?<BR /></P>

I’m trying to resubmit after the rejection code but every time I get to where it says pay with refund it just it’s like a loop and it repeats and restarts the final step
