I can't view the full worksheet on my MAC screen, so I can't complete all the information required. HELP!

I solved this on my MAC by going to the System Preferences and changing the Monitor resolution. Afterwards I reset it to the original settings.

This allowed the full page to be viewed...just a lot smaller.
