Third stimulus

Hello, I did not receive the two stimulus payments because it was using my 2019 tax return, but I was eligle for it in 2020. I am going to do the recovery rebate. Since the third stimulus is coming out, which amount should I put in the recovery rebate? $3200(total of all payments) or $1800(first two I did not receive) the third has not been sent out yet.

Do not include the 3rd payment, only the first two payments are entered on your 2020 return.  TurboTax will calculate the amount you qualify for in 2020.   You will enter $0 in both payment boxes or answer NO ()depending on what platform you are using) since you did not receive either payment and then TurboTax will add the recovery rebate to Line 30 of your tax return.   The new bill was just passed today, here is everything we know now about the 3rd payment.   It is not included with the tax return you are filing now.
