Who is "they"----the IRS? Was your refund seized? Does the IRS say you owe back taxes or child support? TurboTax never knows if you owe back taxes or child support. Did they mail you a letter? If they have not yet mailed a letter, you will soon get a letter explaining why the refund was offset, and the letter will have instructions for what to do if you dispute the offset. Do you have cancelled checks or bank/credit card statements showing the tax was paid so you can provide proof to the IRS that you paid?
