TurboTax Deluxe was installed on a Windows10 machine on March 7th everything worked fine, I was able to do my Federal. I returned on March18th to work on my State and TurboTax need to do an update, after finishing with the update it asked to enter my Activation code but all I get is "There was an error with validating your license code, please try again. Error code: 630"
After spending more then 5hours on the phone over a 3 day stretch trying uninstall and reinstalling different loads of Deluxe, I was given a Premier that didn't work either. Is TurboTax going to fix this? Why doesn't TT have a log of what is causing the failure? I reloaded the TT software on my work laptop to finish my returns and it has already ask to activate it twice.
