It has me filing self employed how do I change this

To remove Self-Employed you will need to clear and start over. You can do this by following the directions in the following TurboTax FAQ.

There is no such filing status as "self-employed". But my screen does show you're using the online version of TurboTax named "self-employed". So if you have no self-employment income to report, you can downgrade *ONLY* if you have not registered or paid your online turbotax fees.

To do that, on the left select TOOLS then the option to clear and start over. Note that you will lose everything upon doing this, and you will be starting your return from scratch. There is no other way possible.
