There is no place to enter sign in credentials on my import page. How do I enter that?

I want to import data from Schwab, but the import page has no place to enter sign in credentials. Why?

I found out how to do it.  I had to go online and sign in to Schwab and sign in to Intuit.  Then I went to Turbotax and tried the import again.  This time it let me sign on to Schwab and Intuit and import the data from Schwab.  The documents are in Intuit and now and were pulled into Turbotax.  The interesting thing is that the place where it says skip import or continue says skip import first and then continue when I don't sign on the the accounts online first.  After signing on to the accounts online and then trying to import, it says continue first and then skip import.  I don't know why I have to sign on to the accounts before I try to import in Turbotax, but this works.
