There is a box checked saying that we took disaster relief. Can't un-check. Turbotax says we need to keep reviewing this section and will not let us file. Can you help?

There is a box checked saying that we took disaster relief when we are reviewing the document before filing. We did not take out any retirement funds to pay for disaster cause. We did get COVID stimulus checks. We think that the box should not be checked and the answer is "no" to the question, "Have you ever taken a disaster distribution before 2021?." Turbotax says we need to keep reviewing this section and will not let us file. Can you help? We seem to be stuck in a loop.

We got our answer. We got a helpful phone call from Brandon through the support line. We had to go to federal tax return portion, select "no" to "Have you ever taken a disaster distribution before 2021?." Then clicked continue.

Then, we had to click the white radio button with green letters at the bottom below the table to continue (said something like "review wages?"). Four-ish options in, it asked us again if we had a disaster relief and we had to click "no" there as well.
