Two days ago I got an email from Turbotax that federal form 8863 was ready. However when I log in it says it will be "ready soon" two days later.

Two days ago I got an email from Turbotax that federal form 8863 was ready. However when I log in it says it will be "ready soon" two days later.

There have been problems with Form 8863. 

See this recent answer by a TurboTax Support Agent.    She also posted a FAQ there.   The posted FAQ there says this issue is supposed to be fixed on February 2.
