The tax tools button is no where to be found on the left of my screen. how do i find it

You must be signed onto your account and accessing the 2020 online tax return for the links in the left side column to be shown - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Or when you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Or you may have your screen minimized so much that the column is not visible.  In that case click on the 3 horizontal bars in the upper left corner of the online program screen to get the column to be visible.
