You didn't say what you are doing or what kind of file you are referring to, so I'll take a guess.  Are you trying to transfer-in a *.tax2024 data file that was prepared in desktop software?  If so, was it prepared using the Mac software or the Windows software?   Was it password-protected (Windows) or encrypted (Mac)?   Are you trying to transfer the file into 2025 desktop software or Online TurboTax?
