Did you choose "refund processing" for your federal refund? If you are referring to your state refund, that has nothing whatsoever to do with the third party bank that handles refund processing and takes your TurboTax fees out of your federal refund. That bank does not handle anything regarding your state refund at all.
If there is a problem with your state refund, check to make sure you e-filed the state and that the state return was accepted.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
