Are you talking about the two-step verification when logging in? In that window is there no little text to use your email address?
If not, here's how to reset your account and regain access. Once you are back in your account, be sure to go to the Account Settings and update your phone number, and any security options such as two-step identification, etc
When using the Account Recovery tool below, don't use the phone number since you no longer own it. Instead, try to reset everything using your email addresses you can access. And if that doesn't work, I've also included a second method below called "Try something else", which doesn't use the tool.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same
email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email
address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email
address, or it can be anything at all.
