I e-filed my return on Friday 2/9/2018 and it still has not been accepted or rejected. What did I do wrong?

The normal timeframe for e-filed returns to be accepted or rejected is about 48 hours, however it can take longer depending on the volume of returns the IRS has waiting to be processed at the time.

The normal timeframe for e-filed returns to be accepted or rejected is about 48 hours, however it can take longer depending on the volume of returns the IRS has waiting to be processed at the time.

My return got accepted from irs Jan 20th and I’m still waiting to receive it. Everyday I check the app and login online and it just says where processing your return
