The IRS does not open until February 12. The IRS will work on forms from most common to least common. See Federal form availability for expected release dates. Once released, we work to incorporate them quickly.

Turbotax will not populate California Schedule 540 line 20 with tax preparation fees. Per the FTB's instructions for this line, these fees are deductible (on line 20)
