I owe and opted to pay over time. I have not heard if it was accepted or not. Who will contact me...IRS or TurboTax?

The IRS will notify you if your installment plan has been approved. The will send you a letter letting you know that they've approved your payment plan and the amount to be paid in the installment.

You can also call the IRS to determine if they have approved your payment plan. 1-800-829-1040.
