The IRS sent me a under review letter. The payment was supposed to come out of my return.TurboTax charged my account. Then returned the money same day. Still under review

I still haven't received my return. And I had a expert life agent review my taxes

TurboTax receives no information from the IRS after you file your tax return.  No one at TurboTax knows that your return is under review or why it is under review.   Some reviews are triggered by something on your return; others are random.   TT cannot speed the IRS up for you.   Only the IRS is in control.   You can watch for information on the IRS refund site or call the IRS.   The letter they sent to you should have a number on it that you can use.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
