Please explain "didn't process all my forms" for tax year 2019. What do you mean by that? And why are you now wanting to do something in 2024? If you mean your 2019 e-filed return was rejected, it is now too late to send it in for a tax refund. Any refund for a 2019 tax return has been forfeited.
My 2019 taxes could not be electronically filed because the IRS had my birthdate incorrect. So I mailed it in. But they did not process all the forms so I started getting requests to submit (mail) one form at a time form. Then I'd get a notice saying processing would take 60 days. I've been dealing with them for over a year and have corrected my dob with the ssa. The latest request was for form 8995. It finally was processed but resulted in no change to my taxes which is not possible since a completed form is certainly different than a missing form. I need to get beyond the main phone number to talk with someone who can tell me detail what they are missing now.
