You have not actually asked a question.    What is your question?    What are you trying to do?

no one on this forum or TurboTax knows why. Only the IRS. you can wait for the letter/notice of explanation which will include instructions on how to challenge the IRS findings and what documents to provide or you could call them.

How do you know that the IRS changed your AGI? Did you get a notice or letter from the IRS? They must have changed something else besides your AGI. The other changes made your AGI higher. The notice or letter from the IRS tells you everything that they changed. Read the entire notice or letter carefully.

Perhaps your tax return underreported taxable Social Security income.  Many people this year mistakenly answered Yes to TurboTax's question that asks if they were a US citizen who lived abroad in certain listed countries, causing TurboTax to show on Form 1040 line 6b that none of their Social Security income was taxable.  If you receive Social Security income, at your AGI level I would expect the amount on Form 1040 line 6b to be 85% of the amount on line 6a.
