The import function doesn't work for my desktop version. The box under "select an item below" is empty. I've uninstalled and reinstalled again still doesn't work.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

I am not using online version. I am using desktop version. I just called your help number and also got cutoff. Is there anyway I can switch to online version or can I get a refund of it since it doesn't work.
