The glitch in TurboTax, Job related expenses, was not identified or fixed by the representatives.

Under job related expenses it continued to state that it needs review and was highlighted in green.

After spending three hours on the phone with different people from TurboTax and being disconnected twice and never being called back it has never been fixed. I just ended up deleting that category as it didn't change my return. In addition I was told that I need to upgrade from Deluxe to Premiere and that would fix it so I spent the $35 and it still didn't fix it.

Although the representatives tried to help me they apparently weren't qualified to fix the issue.

I've been using TurboTax for a long time and this is probably my last year.
