The first time I tried to load the Etrade sales it loaded one account. If I try to go back in and load again Etrade is not available for the second account

Etrade is not even an option to load from after the first load

You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.
