I am unable to complete the last step....to file

Turbotax is preventing me from the last step....filing. Saying "we are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card..... but I selected the free service only...

The bastards just want more money.  Before I had trouble I was getting charged 19.99.  Once the problem was solved... online... they charged 24.99.
