Let me ask you this: Were you living on a more or less permanent basis in Texas with your parents? And were you intending to make Arkansas your new permanent residence or were you planning on moving back to Texas after school?
Most college students remain residents of their original state while they are off at school, because they intend to return home. That is, to change your domicile, you have to take positive steps, like get a new drivers license, register to vote, tell the Post Office your forwarding information, and tell everyone you know that your new domicile is in the new state.
Yes, if you worked while in Arkansas, you would have to pay tax to Arkansas, but it would be on an Arkansas non-resident return, not a resident return.
If this is your situation, you don't need to enter that you moved in the Personal Info/My Info section, because for purposes of tax, you didn't.
P.S., when you are in the Review Section, it is always better to change answers that are highlighted in the original place where you entered them, not in the Review Section (despite the implication that you can). In this case, this would be back in the Personal Info/My Info Section.
If neither of these posts address your issue, come back and give us more details.
