The $39.99 service charge for the totally optional method to pay the TurboTax account fees with the Federal tax refund instead of paying with a credit card was shown on multiple screens well before you filed your tax return.

Why is TurboTax wrongfully forcing me to upgrade my service? I have no foreign accounts in my finances and had no ability to skip this option. I would like a refund.
