Adding my small business income from box 7 of my 1099-misc in the Self Employment tab, automatically puts the same amount in the 1099-misc tab. Is it added twice?

If I delete the amount from one tab, both disappear.

The 1099-MISC topic is linked to your Schedule C business income and will display in both topics. It is not a duplicate entry.
