I paid to file my taxes and got a receipt, but it just says the IRS hasn't finalized one or more of my forms. Does that mean I did something wrong or is this a normal thing?

That statement doesn't mean you did anything wrong.  Every year some forms are a little later being finalized by the IRS.  The link below shows what forms are available and the date that the unavailable forms will be ready.
