When I completed my taxes, turbotax gave me a W-4 form and estimated taxes. Should I do both of these?

No. Turbotax automatically completes Form 1040 ES for you to pay estimated tax payments if you are in danger of owing an underpayment of tax in 2018.

However, if you would rather just have more withheld from your pay, then you can complete the W-4 withholding form instead.
