Thanks - I'll clear and start over - Really it shouldn't automatically upgrade you to premier if you sold a home in the current year.  Most are not going to have a capital gain on the sale of the primary residence...

So I was upgraded to premier because I noted that I sold a home in the current year but given it doesn't qualify for capital gain treatment I'm not required to report it.
